Midland Butyl Ltd are trained and approved nationwide roofing contactors and installers of the following single-ply waterproofing systems. Such systems are the ultimate in flat roofing technology suitable for new builds, remedial work and upgrading of existing roofs. The new membrane can be laid over the existing covering if required, avoiding expensive stripping costs. Our systems meet the requirements of the British Board of Agrement.

Health and Safety is a key part of our work - Method Statements and risk assessments can be provided for all projects. Health and safety aspects with regard to all work is fully assessed and appropriate scaffold access, fall arrest (nets etc), fall prevention (handrails and working platforms), Personal Protection Equipment (safety clothing, work restraints, fall arrest and roped access), ladders etc.
