Ecofin Single-Ply Roofing Systems

 

Midland Butyl Ltd are trained and approved contractors and installers of the Ecofin Single Ply Roof Waterproofing Membrane System.

Ecofin is a unique patented Single Ply membrane suitable for all flat roofing installations. Unlike many PVC membranes, Ecofin does not contain plasticizers normally associated with flexible polyolefin (FPO) membranes and as a result is not subject to shrinkage. This makes it superior to many single ply membranes in its durability.

The Ecofin membrane is grey in colour with a white glass fibre backing. The Ecofin membrane strips are fully adhered to the roof surface and the seams are heat bonded together with a hot air splicing machine.

Ecofin is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly single ply roofing membrabe ideal for both  new-build and refurbishment. The system also provides purpose designed trims and a wide accessory range to give a neat and aesthetically pleasing finish.

This system is certified and fulfils the requirement of the British Board of Agrément - see BBA Certicate No 04/4182.
